Kevin Sellar

Kevin Sellar is a Partner at BOZ Legal who focuses his practice on First Party Property Insurance Defense.
 
Kevin has experience representing insurance carriers throughout the state of Florida in first party property insurance cases. Prior to joining the firm he worked worked at another Insurance Defense firm and was responsible for developing and implementing the procedures and protocols for them launching the firm in Florida. He also has experience representing Policy Holders in their disputes with Insurance Carriers giving him an insight on the tactics and strategies used by Plaintiffs.

Kevin is licensed to practice law in Florida and earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law where he was Treasurer for the Public Interest Law Society and a Member of the Transactional Law Society. Kevin earned his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
